Neuro-Rehabilitation Research Training for US-based Physician
The post-graduate Neuro-Rehabilitation Research Training program for US-based Medical Doctors is now open for applications. This one-year program is designed to support talented and motivated physicians seeking additional training in neuro-rehabilitation of Parkinson disease (PD) and other movement disorders. Candidate must be either physicians in training enrolled in a US-based Neurology program or physicians within three years from the completion of their residency or fellowship. Successful candidates will benefit from state-of-the-art research facilities in the USA and Italian sites as well as from the extensive and thriving clinical-research community in New York and Italy.
Pre-requisites for training:
- Medical Doctor or equivalent degree
- Current enrollment in a US-based Neurology program or no more than three years from the completion of residency or fellowship at the time of application
Application documentation to be submitted
1. CV
2. A one-page cover letter including a summary of the candidate’s:

- History and commitment to a clinical or research career
- Potential to develop a successful career
- Expectations about the training to be obtained with this training program
3. Two to four letters of references from previous or current mentors.
4. A copy of all degree certificates (MD, etc.) and clinical licensures
5. A one-page description of research interests.
