An update on Nordic Walking in Parkinson’s disease: Guidelines during the health emergency

The quality of life and health protection of people with Parkinson’s, as issues at the heart of the Academy’s activity, demand correct lifestyles for daily defence; they must be applied strictly and correctly, but also in a way to give a good sensation to those who are called to put them into practice.

Nordic Walking is certainly able to achieve both goals.
